1.                ENTRIES: a)$25.00 per class  b) Pas De Duex/Quadrille, $20 each rider  c) Make checks payable to Flying Change Farm d) Please enter early – our entries are limited and entries postmarked or phoned in after closing date will be charged $5.00 extra per class.  e)  Refunds before closing date minus $20 handling charge, NO REFUNDS AFTER CLOSING DATE  e) Negative Coggins within 12 months of show MUST accompany entry.  f) Date of show MUST be on entry blank.  g) No number deposit or AHSA fees.

2.                 AWARDS: Trophy and six ribbons  High Score Ribbons for Training Level, First Level, Second & Above.    

3.                 STARTING TIMES: Available from Secretary ONLY 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., 2 days prior to show @ 908-713-1394.  Please include your email address on your entry form and we will gladly email you your times on that morning to save you a call.

4.                DIRECTIONS:  Rt. 78: to Oldwick/Whitehouse exit.  Go 5.8 miles through Oldwick on Rt. 517 to junction with Rt. 512 (light, white church).  Turn left on Rt. 512 – Fairmont Road West.  Proceed 1.9 miles to Farmersville Road.  Turn left on Farmersville and proceed .6 miles to Sutton Road.  Farm is .5 miles on right, just past Misty Hollow Farm.

5.                OTHER INFORMATION:  a) Please notify us of large trailer or vans  b) Food will be available  c) NO DOGS!  d) Scores will count for ESDCTA year end awards and qualifying towards ESDCTA Dressage Championship.  No unentered horses permitted on show grounds.  Management reserves the right to cancel, combine or add classes and/or judges  e)  Small and large arenas, sand/stone dust, sand  Warm up: grass and/or sand  f) Hard hats MUST be worn when mounted.  g) Please state on entry any special considerations you may have including if trailering with another competitor, job, children, etc. if necessary.
